Colour: Deep, velvety dark red with a black core, striking viscosity, unfiltered. Aroma: Dense, multi-faceted aroma, ripe, dark berries (cassis, cherry), stewed fruit, plums combine with toasty, smoky notes, a hint of delicately raisining grapes provides a beautiful finish. Body: Very long, full-bodied attack, creamy, velvety on the palate, present, well-integrated tannins, subtle acidity, wonderfully aromatic on the finish. Quality: Complex, full-bodied and full-flavoured wine.
