Decaffeinated coffee from Peru – fair, organic, and aromatic – 100% Arabica. Our decaffeinated coffee comes from a cooperative in Central Peru, a region known for its sustainable agriculture. Peru is a world leader in the export of organic coffee, thanks to ideal conditions such as high altitudes, a tropical climate, and nutrient-rich soils that make the quality of the coffee unique. Upon arrival in Europe, our coffee is decaffeinated in Bremen using the gentle CO₂ method. This process fully preserves the aromas, leaves no residues, and is completely safe, as CO₂ is also naturally produced during the roasting process. The result is a coffee with low acidity, a pleasant sweetness, and notes of blackcurrant, dark chocolate, and malt. It pairs excellently with milk and is perfect for a creamy cappuccino. It also shines as an espresso or café crème from a fully automatic machine. Enjoy a coffee that is not only delicious but also sustainably and responsibly produced.
