Our popular original – a lager beer as it should be. Finely hoppy, slightly bitter, easy to drink, and sparkling. A hearty drinking experience.

The beer sommelier says:

At first glance, this clear beer impresses with its straw-golden color and fine-pored foam. On the palate, it develops a delicate honey-rose note and is pleasantly refreshing. One can discover its fine malt body, combined with a slightly prominent bitterness.

This beer pairs well with vegetable soup and can be combined with various salads, garnished with some chicken or even seafood. Fish – especially blue trout – is wonderfully complemented or rounded off by this beer. The combination with saffron risotto is particularly enticing.
