This tea contains all the resources you need to help replenish your hydration levels!

Usage Tip

We offer 28-day challenges that you can do alone or with friends. You can consume 1 to 6 teas per day (up to 1.5 liters/day) and continue the same cycle every month with or without breaks. You can also enjoy our products purely for pleasure.

We recommend 1-2 teaspoons of tea per 250 ml to 750 ml (depending on whether you prefer your drink concentrated or more diluted).

Brewing time and temperature:
Option 1: 5 minutes at 80 degrees.
Option 2: at least 30 minutes in cold water (ideal for summer!)

Our teas and herbal teas can be enjoyed both hot and cold.

Suitable for ages 6 and up. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not consume more than one cup per day.

Drink without added sugar for optimal effects. Continue to maintain a healthy diet and exercise regularly.
