This tea contains all the resources to help you replenish your moisture levels!

Tip for use

We offer 28-day challenges that you can do alone or with friends. You can consume 1 to 6 teas per day (up to 1.5 litres/day) and also continue the same cycle every month with or without breaks. You can also consume our products just for pleasure :)

We recommend 1-2 teaspoons of tea per 250ml to 750ml (depending on whether you prefer your drink concentrated or diluted).
Duration and temperature of the infusion:
CHOICE 1: 5 minutes at 80 degrees.
CHOICE 2: at least 30 minutes in cold water (ideal for summer!)
Our teas and herbal teas can be enjoyed both hot and cold.
Can be drunk from the age of 6.
Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not drink more than one cup per day.
Drink without added sugar for optimum effect.
Continue to eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly.
