A brilliant ruby red wine with strong blackberry aromas, complemented by red currant, elderberry, and plum, along with a wonderful vanilla spice and a hint of dried fruit. On the palate, it is wonderfully smooth, with gentle tannins and a slight initial sweetness. The intense fruit is supported by a full, very soft, harmonious structure, and the finish is long and lingering.
