This means that dirt doesn't stick but rather beads off. One could say that the 'Lotus' is self-cleaning. Since our herbs and spices are often quite sticky, some residue may still cling on – but these small impurities can be quickly rinsed away with hot water. The 'Lotus' shines like new again!

But the grinder has much more to offer: strong trapezoidal teeth that reliably chop herbs and harder materials. A fine mesh stainless steel screen that sifts valuable pollen into the nicely rounded collection chamber. There are also grip grooves on the lid for better handling.
