Product details
A harmonious coffee with a pleasant texture and complex sweetness, featuring notes of chocolate and a hint of fruity acidity. Black & Blaze sources this fantastic washed farm blend from the COMSA cooperative in Honduras, specifically from the Marcala growing region. It is transparent and fairly traded. Black & Blaze is a small roastery in Zurich, founded in 2010 by owner Claude Stahel, who decided during a vacation to dedicate his life to coffee. Claude and his team roast a variety of different coffees with great enthusiasm in Ebmatingen/Forch.
