Quöllfrisch hell - the authentic Swiss beer from Appenzell. Brewed according to a classic recipe by the Locher AG brewery. Quöllfrisch hell is characterized by its mildness and light fruitiness. It is brewed from pure Pilsner malt and three different hop varieties from Stammheim and Hallertau. The storage of up to three months in our rock cellar gives the beer its balance.

Drinking temperature: 4-6°C. Goes well with: soups, cold dishes, canapés, pasta, spicy roasts, vegetarian dishes, poultry, nut and soft cheeses. Store at 4-8°C. Dry and dark.
