Quöllfrisch hell - the real Swiss beer from Appenzell. Brewed according to the classic recipe by the Locher AG brewery. Quöllfrisch hell is characterised by its mildness and light fruitiness. It is brewed from pure pilsner malt and three different hop varieties from Stammheim and Hallertau. The beer is aged for up to three months in our rock cellar, which gives it its balance.
