Brewed according to a classic recipe by the Locher AG brewery. The Quöllfrisch pale lager is characterized by its mildness and light fruitiness. It is brewed from pure Pilsner malt and three different hop varieties from Stammheim and Hallertau. The storage of up to 3 months in our rock cellar gives the beer its balance.
