Quöllfrisch hell is characterized by its mildness and light fruitiness. It is brewed from pure Pilsner malt and three different varieties of hops from Stammheim and Hallertau. The aging process of up to three months gives the beer its balance.

Drinking temperature: 4-6°C. Goes well with: soups, cold dishes, canapés, pasta, spicy roasts, vegetarian dishes, poultry, nut and soft cheeses. Store at 4-8°C. Dry and dark.
