Coffee

Hello, we have switched from capsule to fully automatic coffee in the office. Does anyone have a recommendation for coffee beans that are suitable for fully automatic machines? Ideal requirements: - Mostly for long coffee draws (+/- 110 ml) - Sensory characteristics: balanced, nutty, creamy, "suitable for everyday use" - The smaller the roastery, the better Would be happy to receive advice before we have to/are allowed to try the entire coffee range :)

I like acidic coffee but can't really work out from descriptions which would be acidic

Hello. Among all these coffee beans, does one of the manufacturers give the roasting date? I would like freshly roasted coffee.
