Nuts & dried fruit: Eating them together or separately - which is really healthier?
Many people combine nuts and dried fruit as a snack, others specifically take nuts together with fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K). I would be interested to know: - Should nuts and dried fruit be taken together to maximise their health benefits? - Or do certain combinations perhaps even hinder the absorption of vitamins and minerals? - When is the best time to eat nuts - in the morning, in the evening or around meals? What are your experiences and knowledge on this, both from a practical and scientific point of view?
