Allergy information often incorrect
Caution, information on allergies is often incorrect. For example, "Gluten" is recognised and simultaneously marked as "Contains: Gluten" and "Diet: Gluten-free". This is a contradiction in terms, but the people recording the information and the suppliers don't seem to notice.
