    Cooperation with Cigars Online

I would like to point out to the person in charge of Galaxus or the people in charge what my experience with Zigarren-Online was; since many occasional smokers and people who don't know so much about cigars or newcomers order from Galaxus, and I strongly advise these people not to use ZO. The margin is exploited to the last, which one could live with, but the owner justifies this with service. However, I and my smoker friends assume that it is exploited that occasional smokers and newcomers do not know their way around. Orders for individual cigars are often sent with poorly drawing and damaged wrappers. (Cigars are a natural product and handmade and each one draws differently; i.e. in each box there are better and worse draws which is completely normal) However, connoisseurs and dealers can tell from the cigar (strength) how the draw will be. When I ordered individual cigars, I always received bad draws, and my colleagues received bad draws for months, which led us to the conclusion that the cigars are pre-sorted and the worse ones are first sent to new customers and we wait to see if a complaint is received. We find this behaviour extremely service-unfriendly and would not have said anything if it were not for the argumentation of the owner to fully exploit the margins because of the top service. My current dealer has smaller margins and I have never had a faulty cigar or one with a bad draw in individual orders. If you order a set of 5, e.g. Montecristo Double Edmundo, for around 18 per piece and several times you receive 5 pieces that are not smokeable, it is very disappointing and annoying. I can only recommend Galaxus, everything is great but I recommend a cooperation with another cigar mail order company. ZV or finest-import

    Humidor storage ?

Does Galaxus store the cigars in a humidor, or do you get dried-out goods? Make sure that the temperature and relative humidity are right!
