I couldn't tell you exactly, but I have short hair, and I had to use 2-3 sheets with each shampoo to get a bit of substance.
On the other hand, it's not very practical in the shower because with wet hands, you tend to get the whole set wet, and therefore all the sheets.
If I had to choose, I think I'd go for a small solid hair soap (Savum type). It might take up a bit more space, but I think it's more practical.

If you don't have a short haircut, it needs 5 - 6 sheets, so the pack would be enough for about 10 hair washes :-)

🤣 There are 50 very thin sheets with a total weight of 14g in the pack. One piece may be enough for very short hair, but for long hair several sheets are needed per wash...
