Ashwagandha Root Powder (Organic) from India

Origin/Cultivation:
India; harvested north of Kanpur at the border with Nepal.
History:
For several millennia, Ashwagandha has been used as a natural adaptogen. The Hindu name is "Asgandh," which can be translated as horse sweat. It is said to impart the strength of a horse and a keen mind.
Ashwagandha is not yet very widespread in continental Europe, unlike in England, the USA, and Australia, where large Indian communities have immigrated and are helping the plant regain popularity in our culture. In India itself, all parts of the plant are utilized; for example, the berries are used in cheese-making, and the branches are used for teeth cleaning. However, the roots of the shrub are particularly beneficial.
This Ayurvedic plant is becoming increasingly popular due to its strengthening and calming effects!

Boil 2 g daily with milk (or a plant-based alternative) and sweeten with honey or sugar.

The natural content of withanolides ranges from 2.5% to 5.0%.

100% fresh Cordyceps powder (holistic) from controlled organic cultivation
Origin/Growth:
The Chinese caterpillar fungus grows at altitudes between 3000 and 5000 meters and is native to China, Tibet, and Nepal. We import this wonderful mushroom from the Yunnan and Qinghai regions.
History:
Cordyceps was once a rarity, almost unaffordable, and during the Chinese Ming Dynasty, it was more expensive than precious metals. As a result, Cordyceps was reserved exclusively for the nobility. Nowadays, the mycelium of the caterpillar fungus is cultivated and processed in our regions. However, the import is similarly expensive and labor-intensive as our Rhodiola Rosea sourced from Sweden.
What is Cordyceps suitable for?
The caterpillar fungus is very popular in Chinese medicine due to its nutrient-rich composition. The overall composition of the ingredients supports physical and mental well-being. Traditionally, Cordyceps is used in the eastern hemisphere as a strengthening and restorative agent after illnesses or during colds/flu. It pairs well with Maca and/or Rhodiola.
Note:
Our freshly imported caterpillar fungus contains everything from the dried mycelium (no artificially extracted mixtures, but 100% organic and holistic). The drying process for this special adaptogen is gentle and slow to ensure that all nutrients, vitamins, and trace elements are preserved.
Recommended duration of intake:
3 months
Recommended dosage:
2 - 3 g daily (level to heaping teaspoon)
Synonyms:
Cordyceps, Chinese caterpillar fungus, kernel club, Dong Chong Xia Cao, Jartsa Gunbu.

100% fresh turmeric powder (organic certified)
Origin/Cultivation:
India; Wayanad in the Kerala region in the south.
History:
Turmeric is worn as an amulet in Asia, as it is believed to provide effective protection against evil spirits. The ground root powder plays a significant role in every love spell: it stimulates the senses and is said to awaken feelings that are not yet present. Ancient peoples saw in its yellow root a representation of the sun, which is why they named it "yellow root." In China, it is used to dye leather, and in India, yellow turmeric rice is offered as a sacred food to the gods.
Turmeric boasts numerous positive health aspects and has rightly become one of the most popular spices and dietary supplements in recent years!
Black Pepper / Piperine:
Zimmerli Adaptogens avoids any additives or fillers! While black pepper slightly increases bioavailability, it can also have health drawbacks: black pepper or piperine can irritate the intestines, lead to intolerances, and cause serious interactions and side effects with medications or trace elements. We clearly distance ourselves from such marketing recipes and focus on pure nature: always and without exception!
Curcumin content:
In the current batch, the natural curcumin content is 4.52%.
Recommended dosage:
1 - 2 g daily
Recommended duration of intake:
3 months
