1. Zimmerli Adaptogene Moringa BIO
Even the name of this plant sounds like a magic formula: Moringa Oleifera. Also known in Europe as the horseradish tree, the plant originally comes from the Himalayan region. It was discovered by the British during the colonial period in India and spread with the British colonies. As the tree copes particularly well with hot and dry climates, it now grows worldwide in the tropics and subtropics, especially in countries in Africa, Arabia, South-East Asia and the Caribbean islands.
The moringa available here comes from the southern forests of Paraguay and is cultivated using strictly organic methods.
2. Zimmerli Adaptogene Turmeric powder (BIO)
100% fresh turmeric powder (BIO-controlled)
Origin/Cultivation:
India; Wayanad in the Kerala region in the south.
History:
Turmeric is worn as an amulet in Asia, as it is said to be an effective protection against evil spirits. The ground root powder itself plays a major role in any love spell: on the one hand, it stimulates the senses, but is also said to awaken feelings that are not yet present. The ancient peoples saw it as an image of the sun because of its yellow root and thus gave it the name "turmeric". In China it is used to dye leather and in India yellow turmeric rice is sacrificed to the gods as a holy food.
Turmeric has numerous positive aspects for health and has rightly become one of the most popular spices and food supplements in recent years!
Black pepper / piperine / bioperine:
Zimmerli Adaptogene does not contain any additives or fillers! Although black pepper slightly increases bioavailability, it can have adverse health effects: black pepper or piperine (even converted into "bioperine" by clever marketing people) irritates the intestines, leads to intolerances and serious interactions and side effects with medicines or trace elements (the liver enzyme CYP3A4 is put into knock-out status by piperine). We clearly distance ourselves from such marketing recipes and focus on pure nature: always and without exception!
Curcumin content:
In the current batch, the natural curcumin content is 4.52 %.
Recommended dosage:
1 - 2g. daily
Recommended duration of intake:
3 months
Synonyms:
Curcumin, saffron root, turmeric.

Ashwagandha is not yet very widespread in continental Europe, but it is quite different in England, the USA and Australia, where large Indian communities have immigrated and are helping the plant to regain popularity in our cultural sphere. In India itself, all parts of the plant are used, e.g. the berries are used for making cheese or the twigs for brushing teeth. However, the roots of the shrub are of particular use.
This Ayurvedic plant is becoming more and more popular due to its strengthening and calming effect!

8. Zimmerli Adaptogene Cordyceps powder (BIO)
100% fresh cordyceps powder (holistic) from controlled organic cultivation
Origin/Cultivation:
The Chinese caterpillar fungus grows between 3000-5000m. and is native to China, Tibet and Nepal. We import this wonderful mushroom from the Yunnan and Quingha region.
History:
Cordyceps used to be a rarity, almost priceless and more expensive than precious metals in the Chinese Ming Dynasty. Cordyceps was thus reserved exclusively for nobles. In the meantime, the mycelium of the caterpillar fungus is cultivated and processed in our latitudes. However, the import is as expensive and complex as our Rhodiola Rosea, which comes from Sweden.
What is Cordyceps suitable for?
The caterpillar fungus is very popular in Chinese medicine because of its nutrient-rich composition. The overall composition of the ingredients supports physical and mental well-being. Traditionally, cordyceps is used in the eastern hemisphere as a tonic and restorative after illness or for colds/flu. Goes well with maca and/or rose root.
Remark:
Our freshly imported caterpillar fungus contains EVERYTHING from the dried mycelium (no artificially extracted hybrids but 100% organic and holistic). The drying of this special adaptogen is done gently and slowly so that all nutrients, vitamins and trace elements are preserved.
Recommended intake time:
3 months

These are gently dried, bottled, checked back for their exact ingredients and then processed further. We import this wonderful algae from the Chenghai region.
Climate:
The cultivation is climate-friendly and has a negative CO2 balance: Spirulina is capable of photosynthesis and thus able to convert carbon dioxide into oxygen.
What is spirulina suitable for?
The green-blue microalga absorbs heavy metals and absorbs mercury. Accordingly, spirulina is often used as a natural detoxifier. Other areas of application are:
Strengthening the immune system

10. Zimmerli Adaptogene Acerola powder (BIO)
100% Acerola (BIO) with 17% natural vitamin C

Brazil; harvested in the northeast in the Belém region.
What is acerola suitable for?
High natural vitamin C content.
Contributes to normal function of the immune system.
Helps against listlessness and fatigue.
Supports normal function of the nervous system.
About the acerola cherry:
The indigenous peoples of the Mayan culture already regarded acerola as a source of health and greatly appreciated its small healing fruits. The name acerola, however, was first given by the Spanish conquistadors in "azarole", which means "useful and pretty" and also because the exotic little fruits reminded them visually very much of the sweet cherries in their homeland. In German-speaking countries, they are therefore also called acerola cherries or Barbados cherries.
Remark:
As our organic acerola powder does not contain any preservatives or additives, it is highly hygroscopic (attracts humidity). We therefore recommend that you always keep the zip tightly closed or transfer the powder into a preserving jar with a rubber closure upon receipt.

1 level teaspoon (1 - 2g. Daily).
