Wella SP Perm Emulsion is a nourishing curl after-treatment. It neutralises all alkali and peroxide residues and stabilises the curl result. The emulsion gives elasticity and mouldability. Curls last significantly longer with Wella SP Perm Emulsion. Application: Apply the emulsion directly after moulding. Shake well, hold the foam head downwards and apply to towel-dried hair in sections from roots to ends. Massage in gently and leave on for 5-10 minutes. Rinse out carefully.
