Instructions for use
Apply a hazelnut-sized portion of Weleda Arnica Sports Shower Gel to damp skin and then rinse off. Tip: After a revitalising shower after sport, a massage with arnica massage oil gives you soothing warmth and relaxation. The massage ensures that the muscles do not cool down too quickly, while at the same time the natural regeneration of the skin is supported by the nourishing properties of the oil.
