Application: Simply glide over damp hair a few times or lather with your hands. Massage the resulting foam into the hair, wet it again, continue washing, and then rinse thoroughly, done. The wetter the hair, the better. Only a very small amount of shampoo is needed; less is more! For very hard water, an acidic rinse (1-3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar or household vinegar with about 0.5L of water) is recommended to prevent residue in the hair.
