Application:
Simply glide over damp hair a few times or lather with your hands. Massage the resulting foam into the hair, wet it again nicely, continue washing, and then rinse thoroughly. The wetter the hair, the better. Only a small amount of shampoo is needed; less is more! In cases of very hard water, an acidic rinse (1-3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar or household vinegar with about 0.5 liters of water) is recommended to prevent residue in the hair.
