Asteracea: Asteracea, the purple daisy from North America, was used by the Dakota Indians for its anti-irritative effects to dress the wounds of their warriors. Asteracea contains important polysaccharides known for their soothing properties and for strengthening the natural defenses of the scalp.

Mint: Mint has been used for various medicinal purposes since ancient times. Archaeologists even found dried mint leaves in the Egyptian pyramids dating back to the first millennium BC. Its highly valued essential oil is rich in menthol, which has a calming, regenerating, irritation-relieving, and refreshing effect on the scalp.

Eucalyptus: The eucalyptus tree originally comes from Tasmania, Australia. The Aborigines used its leaves to treat wounds. The leaves contain an essential oil, the main component of which is eucalyptol. It was selected by René Furterer for its bacteriostatic, regenerating, and soothing properties for the scalp.
