The device was defective after a few days of use (error code Z4 = leak in the pressure cuff). I contacted Qardio Support and within 24 hours a replacement was sent, free of charge, and I don't even have to return the first device. That's what I call excellent customer service.
Apart from that, I am very satisfied with it. The statistical possibilities are somewhat limited, but it fulfils its purpose 100%. I appreciate the handiness for my many trips.Pro

There are far cheaper devices for measuring blood pressure. However, the convenience of taking measurements with this device justifies the price.
I am absolutely satisfied with this device. The fact that Bluetooth, as already mentioned, does not always work can happen if you wait too long from one measurement to the next. Sometimes the device switches off automatically. In this case, just move your arm or tap the device lightly and it reconnects with the app.
