Tanita gives a 5-year guarantee on the scale. There is nothing to dispute about that. Digitec has made a mistake and will correct it. Digitec has often corrected the guarantee - you only have to refer to the manufacturer's guarantee.

Good day. I also had problems with my Samsung s7 for a while. Tanita's helpline confirmed problems with the app and promised an immediate fix. In fact, the pairing worked again a few days later. But this problem should be fixed. Since your Nokia is paired with "Android one" operating system, that will be the reason why pairing is not possible. This would also explain why it works with Samsung and Honor. These devices run a different operating system. Kind regards

I have had the scale for about 3 months. It is very easy to use. The app shows all the necessary indicators and values. Weighing without the app also works very well. I am satisfied with it so far. Of course, the price-performance ratio is debatable. For athletes and those who want to keep an eye on more values than just weight, it is of course a cool device.

I always open the My Tanita app, press the + in the top right, select my scale, then press the big sync icon and when it says weigh, I stand on the scale. That way it always records the result. Hope this helps...

Hello, I don't know if you use the My Tanita application, I did and it was quite simple, in this application you enter your data (but no geographical code). Regarding the colour, I think you choose it at the beginning when you enter the date and time (up and down arrows choosing the number 1 to 4).
