I have a Nokia 7.2, why can't it connect to the Tanita via bluetooth. We have tried everything possible. Does anyone know the problem? It worked fine with Samsung and the Honor. We have not received any feedback from the Tanita service. Does anyone have any ideas/help?

I also had problems with my Samsung s7 for a while. 
Tanita's helpline confirmed problems with the app and promised an immediate fix. In fact, the pairing worked again a few days later. 
But this problem should be fixed. Since your Nokia is paired with "Android one" operating system, that will be the reason why pairing is not possible. This would also explain why it works with Samsung and Honor. These devices run a different operating system.
