Instructions for use
It is best to shave in the morning, directly after showering and before breakfast: Your hair, which consists mainly of keratin, is softer and easier to cut, and the skin on your face is less sensitive. Prepare your shaving foam by filling the brush with soap or shaving foam. Using products known as shaving conditioner has a dual purpose: firstly, it improves the hydration of the hair by removing the oily layer (sebum) and secondly, it protects the skin from the aggression of the blade. With shaving soap: the face is wet beforehand (ideally after a shower), quickly hold your brush under warm water and lather the soap in the bowl (without crushing the hair) until you obtain a thick and creamy lather. Apply it to your face in circular motions for one to two minutes to soften and smooth the beard hairs. With shaving foam: After preparing your face and moistening the shaving brush with warm water, apply a small amount of shaving foam to the brush and lather your face for one to two minutes as described above. Some users prefer to file a trace of the cream directly onto each cheek with the tube and then emulsify it with the brush. - To maintain the quality of your shaving brush for many years to come, we recommend rinsing it well after each use to remove any cream or soap residue and to empty it. Then rub it carefully on a towel before placing it upside down on a suitable stand.
