Phytomed apricot kernel oil is obtained through cold pressing from the seeds of the apricot (Prunus armeniaca). It is 100% pure and natural and contains a high proportion of monounsaturated fatty acids (60 – 70% oleic acid) and polyunsaturated fatty acids (20 – 35% linoleic acid). Mild, moisturizing, and regenerating, it is well-suited for the daily care of dry, irritated, and aging skin. The oil is ideal for facial care and serves as a good base for creams and care oils.
