Application

For hair: Warm 20-30 ml of oil in the microwave or in a water bath; apply the warm oil to dry, dirty hair and massage from the scalp to the tips. Wrap a hot towel around your head like a turban and let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Then shampoo the hair with Maple Wash or Purifying Wash and rinse thoroughly.
For body: After a hot shower or bath, evenly distribute the oil on the body and gently massage it in.
