Application

Thoroughly dampen the hair from the roots to the tips with lukewarm water. Rub a small amount of shampoo in your hands. Massage the shampoo into the roots and everywhere the hair touches the scalp. Rinse out the shampoo. Gently squeeze the hair before applying the medium conditioner.
