Instructions for use
Dissolve 2 to 3 handfuls of bath salts in the warm bath water, relax and enjoy. Naïf Magnesium Bath Salts relax your muscles and relieve pain and cramps thanks to the soothing effect of magnesium. During pregnancy, it is recommended to bathe for a maximum of 15 minutes. Then slowly get out of the bath and rinse yourself well.
