Wheat germ oil is often used in hair care. It also soothes irritated scalp and optimally nourishes hair roots.

For dry skin: If your skin is very dry, brittle, or even cracked, you can apply the oil directly to the skin and gently massage it in. Simply rub a few drops of wheat germ oil between your fingers and massage it onto the skin. The skin will be naturally moisturized, soft, and elastic. Additionally, thanks to its high vitamin E content, it will appear firmer.

For stretch marks: Since the oil improves skin elasticity, it is considered a great aid in preventing stretch marks during pregnancy. Just apply a bit of oil to the skin and gently massage it in.

Hair roots and scalp: To soothe an irritated scalp or optimally supply the hair roots with nutrients and vitamins: Apply a little wheat germ oil to your fingertips, apply it to the scalp, and let it sit. Rinsing is not necessary. It’s best to repeat this process once a week.

As a hair rinse: You can also make a hair rinse with wheat germ oil. After washing your hair, massage a small amount (2 teaspoons is sufficient) of the oil into your hair and ensure it is well distributed. Let it sit for a short time and then rinse out.

As a hair treatment: Is your hair dry and split-ended? Then opt for a hair treatment with wheat germ oil. Simply apply a small amount of oil (1 to 2 tablespoons) to the entire hair after washing and let it sit for about 30 minutes. Then wash the wheat germ oil out thoroughly.
