Solid shampoo is the environmentally friendly alternative to bottled shampoo, but is hardly more complicated to use. Moisten your hair and then lather up the solid shampoo like a bar of soap between the palms of your hands under running water. Then massage the shampoo foam into the scalp, hair lengths and ends. After a thorough massage, wash out the shampoo with clear, lukewarm water. If necessary, you can repeat the application of the solid shampoo. After use, leave the solid shampoo to dry on a pad with holes or a soap bag until the next use.
