The Hans Karrer Mikrosil Lipocreme is a high-quality body cream specifically developed for the intensive care of dry to very dry skin. It is based on a dermal membrane technology that contains skin-identical lipid structures, thereby strengthening the skin barrier. The cream contains micro silver, which protects the skin from external influences while simultaneously optimizing the skin flora. Glycerin ensures deep, effective moisture retention and contributes to skin regeneration. This body cream is free from conventional emulsifiers, mineral oils, silicones, and fragrances, making it particularly gentle and compatible. It is produced according to pharmaceutical GMP standards and is cruelty-free. It is applied several times a day to optimally care for and protect the skin, especially as an adjunct therapy in the treatment of neurodermatitis.
