The long-lasting matte top coat from the essie gel couture line offers salon gel quality at home without the need for UV light. With the simple two-step system, perfect nails are created – just like with gel nail polish: In the first step, apply the nail polish. In the second step, use the gel couture top coat as a top layer to give the nails the ultimate gel shine. The application is done completely without a UV lamp.
