How it works

Dr. Yglo precisely freezes the wart or plantar wart down to the core thanks to its unique precision tip. The rounded shape of Dr. Yglo's cryo tip allows for accurate application that is limited to the wart or plantar wart, protecting the surrounding healthy skin. This results in a less painful application. During the use of Dr. Yglo, the treated area may temporarily turn white. After the frozen area thaws, it will turn red. As a result of the freezing process, a blister may form under the treated wart or plantar wart. The wart or plantar wart will gradually disappear or fall off within the next 10 to 14 days, revealing healthy new skin underneath. One application should be sufficient to successfully remove a wart or plantar wart. If a second treatment is necessary, we recommend waiting 14 days between applications. In some cases, it may be helpful to soak the wart in warm water for a few minutes before using Dr. Yglo.
