Application

The shea butter is stored cool until delivery. This keeps it fresh and in its delivered state, it is quite firm. However, it melts in your hand or near another heat source. It is recommended to use a cosmetic spatula to transfer the shea butter from the container to your palm. This prevents the transfer of bacteria and significantly extends the shelf life. In your palm, you can easily rub the shea butter, and its consistency will become creamy soft in no time.
