Bioturm St John's Wort Ointment No. 57

Versatile active ingredient for compromised, impure, reddened, and tense skin. St. John's Wort is known as a versatile active herb that is found in Germany and throughout Europe. The effective substances are primarily present in the bright yellow flowers, from which we obtain our particularly pure active ingredient through natural and especially clean and environmentally friendly CO2 extraction.

St. John's Wort has regenerating and antibacterial effects on reddened and impure skin. It inhibits the formation of Staphylococcus strains that particularly affect compromised skin (due to reduced barrier function). The St. John's Wort extract used by BIOTURM does not cause photosensitivity.

Additional care is provided to the skin through the special Lacto-Intensive active complex from organic whey contained in the St. John's Wort ointment, which normalizes dry skin and makes it supple and increasingly balanced.
