Apply to the affected areas of skin several times a day.

Warnings:
The use of Arnikamill can cause allergic reactions. Arnikamill must not be used if you are hypersensitive to arnica or camomile. The ointment must not be used on damaged or diseased skin. The product must not get into the eyes or on mucous membranes.
