Important: wear the backgym over a T-shirt. Your muscles need time to get used to it. Initially 30 minutes per day, then as often as you like. If you feel tension in your back: Take off the backgym. Can be worn during any activity. Should fit tightly but not pinch. Can be worn comfortably under any item of clothing. Wear at least 4 times a week.
