3M Coban 2 Lite 2-Layer Compression System Set (1 piece)

The latex-free 3M Coban 2-layer compression systems enable therapeutic compression for leg ulcers in just 2 steps. The soft, breathable comfort layer provides pleasant cushioning and does not slip on the skin. The self-adhering outer compression bandage is applied over the comfort layer, ensuring effective and consistent compression.

This comfortable solution is suitable for patients with mixed arterial-venous leg ulcers and for those who can only tolerate compression therapy to a limited extent, including:

  • those with an ABPI of 0.5 - 0.8
  • those who find higher pressures uncomfortable
  • those who are starting compression therapy for the first time
