The latex-free 3M Coban 2-Layer Compression Systems enable therapeutic compression for leg ulcers in just 2 steps. The soft, breathable comfort layer provides pleasant cushioning and does not slip on the skin. The self-adhering outer compression bandage is applied over the comfort layer, ensuring effective and consistent compression.

This comfortable solution is suitable for patients with mixed arterial and venous leg ulcers and for those who can only tolerate compression therapy to a limited extent, including:

  • Those with an ABPI of 0.5 - 0.8
  • Those who find higher pressures uncomfortable
  • Those who are starting compression therapy for the first time
