Although a boy is told by his friends and family that Santa Claus does not exist, he firmly believes in the jolly man with the white beard and red coat. On Christmas Eve, he eagerly awaits the sound of the reindeer bells and is even more surprised when a steam locomotive suddenly comes to a stop outside his window. Along with other children, he is taken on that very train to the North Pole and experiences an extraordinary journey.
