Kavan pore filler classic 1000ml

Clear nitro lacquer for covering paper and silk. This classic formula has been tested by generations of model builders and aircraft constructors. It is suitable for application with a brush or roller.

Application: Normally apply undiluted (use KAVAN Classic thinner if necessary). Apply it to the structure with a soft flat brush or roller. Immediately press the covering paper or silk onto it and smooth it out. Remove air bubbles with a brush or roller. Allow the paint to dry for at least 24 hours and sand with fine sandpaper (600-1000). For models with combustion engines, a fuel-resistant topcoat must be applied.

Removing excess, undried paint: Use a cloth or paper towel moistened with KAVAN Classic thinner.

Lacquer thinner: The lacquer is supplied in concentrated form and can be thinned with KAVAN Classic thinner in any ratio to achieve optimal consistency for application.

Suitable for: Covering paper and silk for model building, such as tissue paper.

Unsuitable for: Materials that are not resistant to organic solvents (e.g., expanded polystyrene).

Storage: Store in tightly closed containers in a cool, dry, and dark place (at temperatures between 10 and 25 degrees). Do not expose the lacquer to temperatures below 5 degrees and never to frost.

Shelf life: With proper storage, the unopened original packaging guarantees a shelf life of 1 year while maintaining product properties.

Caution: Not suitable for children under 14 years. The product contains substances classified as hazardous according to Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008. Signal word: Danger.
