It's incredible what this sonar can do from the shore. Install the software (available for free in the App Store or Google Play), connect the Deeper to your device via Wi-Fi, and you're ready to go. The app features a German menu and a German online manual. You can see the depth, bottom structure, fish, and water temperature. The app offers great additional features such as a calendar for the best fishing times, access to the camera, weather forecasts, notes on fishing spots, access to social networks, real-time depth mapping, a sleep function for extended battery life, and long data recordings. The depth is also recorded over an extended period. Additionally, you can view your position on the map, check the current weather, take photos, and much more through the app.
