Product details

The HMS Belfast, along with her sister ship HMS Edinburgh, belonged to the Town class starting in 1938. They were the largest light cruisers of the Royal Navy during World War II. The Belfast was commissioned in August 1939 and struck a German magnetic mine shortly after the outbreak of the war. Later, she was used for convoy duties and participated in the sinking of the Scharnhorst. She was reactivated during the Korean War and was converted into a museum ship in 1971. The model consists of 1,480 pieces, printed blocks, and movable elements.
