Call of Power - In the Swamp of Corruption

The young and ambitious lawyer Ben (Josh Duhamel) takes on a case in which he takes on the powerful Denning (Sir Anthony Hopkins), an unscrupulous manager of a pharmaceutical company. But soon he isn't sure anymore if he is really up to this difficult task, because Denning is willing to die if necessary. Ben's senior boss Abrams (Al Pacino) also begins to doubt the ambitious and dangerous plans of his pupil. When the married Ben also gets involved in an affair with his ex Emily (Malin Akerman), who is murdered soon after and her death is connected to Ben, he finds himself exposed to a swamp of corruption and blackmail, and to make matters worse he himself becomes a target for law enforcement officers.
