Question about Outdoorchef Minichef P-420 E

I couldn't say how hot but too little for my taste.... especially not with the lid open. Disappointing after experience with gas grill and I'm going back to gas - sorry. The heat distribution is much better and even for quick searing. Therefore no recommendation from me

Up to 350 degrees (level 7). However, only recommended when the grill lid is open - for quick searing.
