Question about Kärcher Se4001
What is the difference between the CH model and the EU model apart from the price? Is the EU model compatible with the plugs we have in Switzerland?
Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the device is delivered with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable must be provided if the power cable is plugged in or, if the power cable is firmly connected, a suitable adapter must be provided.
If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, please contact customer service and ask for a cable or an adapter, free of charge.
