I can also confirm point 1. This product has no electrical retraction aid. It is fed in via a mechanical spring mechanism. We have only had the product for four weeks and are satisfied so far.

I can confirm the first point, that is indeed misleading. @Galaxus: please replace the video. 
Otherwise, we are satisfied and fortunately have no problems (so far).
