Question about Ooni Koda 12
The supplied gas regulator that comes with the oven is rated for a 50mbar input pressure. The standard 12.3kg Vitogaz gas tanks only supply a 30mbar pressure if I am not mistaken. Did I get the wrong regulator with my order? The oven makes a roaring noise when I try to ignite it by pressing and turning the dial and the flame goes out as soon as I let go of the dial.
I've held it for a long time and the flame still goes out when I take my hand off the dial. I use the PK 5.0kg gas tank on this page https://www.vitogaz.ch/gas-in-fla....
As soon as the burner is lit - keep the control knob pressed for approx. 15 seconds.
Keep the controller pressed for a longer time in the start phase
